All payments are made through the Protx. This secure payment facility is 100% safe and it is approved by all major banks and credit card providers . Returns Policy
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Velvet Bloom, however we do offer a 14-day returns policy. Due to the nature of our business, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We take great care when preparing and delivering our gifts, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please follow the process below-
1) Call the customer service helpline on 0161 408 3282 Mon-Fri 10am-4pm
2) You will be issued with a Returns form and the returns address
3)Place the item in its original packaging, making sure to include the returns form and clearly re-address the parcel.
Velvetbloom.co.uk will check all items returned as damaged or defective. Your refund will be issued upon inspection of the item. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. We will pay return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered.
We recommend that a recorded post method is used to return any items to us.
Please note returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and we process within 48 hours of receiving the return.
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and Delivery
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are not included but will be calculated when you checkout. (see delivery details for further info)
Product Information
Velvet Bloom takes every care to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour and design reproduction, colour may vary in accordance the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. As many of our items are hand-made from natural materials there will be slight variations from item to item, in particular Cris Notti kimono and butterfly print items, due to the handmade fabrics used in these products, there will be slight variations in the pattern shown on the website as each product is slightly different.

We will do everything possible to ensure that access to the website will not be interrupted and that transmissions will be free from error. Due to the nature of the internet,we cannot guarantee this. Although we make every attempt to avoid it, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance, or the introduction of a new service or facility.
