Are my details secure?

We use protx secure payment gateway for all of our transactions. This secure payment facility is 100% safe and it is approved by all major banks and credit card providers. Using this payment method means that your card details are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology used throughout our checkout pages meaning that you can order online in complete confidence. You will see a 'locked padlock' symbol on your internet browser when you proceed to the checkout, this symbol confirms that all the checkout pages are completely secured. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What methods of payment are available?

What are the P&P Charges?

We offer two methods of delivery. All deliveries are recorded so that they can be easily tracked.

Standard Recorded Delivery - £3.99

Next Day Special Delivery - £4.95

Can I have my parcel delivered to another address?

You can have your item delivered to another address, ideal if you would like to send a gift direct to your recipient or would prefer to have your item delivered to your work address for convenience.

When you add an item to your basket you will see four icons across the top of the page, click the delivery icon and you will be able to insert a seperate delivery address. If you do not add a seperate delivery address, the item will be sent directly to your billing address.

Please note: parcels will not always be delivered before 9am so if your item is intended as a gift, you may wish to consider having the parcel delivered to your recipients work address.

 

Can I buy for more than one recipient?

When you place an order for more than one item, depending on the size of each item, they will be placed in the same box. If all of your items do not fit into one box then we will wrap the required amount of boxes for your order and post them as one package.

If you wish to send separate gifts to more than one recipient simply complete the 4 step process for as many recipients as you wish.

 

How do I know that you have received my order?

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been completed. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your order number. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched.

 

Can I Review/Modify my order?

If you need to make an amendment to your order with us, please email or call us as soon as possible and we will make the necessary changes.

Please note: orders can only be changed or modified if you contact us before the original order has been dispatched.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You can clear an item from your shopping basket at any time whilst shopping. In the basket page, simply check the box next to the unwanted item and click the UPDATE button.

Should you change your mind about your purchase after completing the checkout process, please contact sales@velvetbloom.co.uk and we will cancel your order if it has not already been despatched.

Please note: Your order cannot be cancelled if the item has already been dispatched so please contact us immediately for any cancellations.


What is the returns policy?

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Velvet Bloom, however we do offer a 14-day returns policy. Due to the nature of our business, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We take great care when preparing and delivering our gifts, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please follow the process below-

1) Contact us at sales@velvetbloom.co.uk detailing the problem.

2) You will be issued with a returns form and the returns address.

3)Place the item in its original packaging, making sure to include the returns form and clearly re-address the parcel.

Velvetbloom.co.uk will check all items returned as damaged or defective. Your refund will be issued upon inspection of the item. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

We recommend that a recorded post method is used to return any items to us.

Please note returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and we process within 48 hours of receiving the return.

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
