WRAP
You can have your gift proffesionally wrapped for added wow factor. When you arrive at the basket page you will see four icons across the page. Click on the wrap icon. You will be taken to the wrapping page where you can mix and match from a selection of luxury wrap and ribbon to give your gift a bespoke, personalised feel.
Click on the wrap and ribbon you like and you will see how your gift will look. When you are happy with your choice, click the confirm wrapping button and your selection will be added to your basket.
If you change your mind, you can remove the wrap selection from your basket and start again at any time.
PERSONALISE
You can add a personal message to your gift. Click on the message icon in the basket page, write your greeting and choose to have it hand written or printed calligraphy. When you are happy with your selection, click the confirm message button and these details will be added to your order.
If you choose a card (see below) your message will be written inside. If you do not wish to send a card your message will be written on parchment and placed inside the box.
ADD A CARD
Choose a card and complete your gift. Click on the card icon in the basket page and peruse the card collection. When you are happy with your choice, click the confirm card button and it will be added to your basket.
If you change your mind, you can remove the card from your basket at any time. Click on the card icon again to choose another.
DELIVER
You can have your gift delivered directly to your recipient. Click the delivery address button on the basket page and enter the delivery address. If you would like the parcel delivered directly to you simply skip this step and the parcel will automatically be delivered to your billing address.
When you have completed each step, you will see a green tick appear next to the relevant icon in the basket page. All of these steps are optional so if you dont need one just skip it and move on to the next step or to the checkout.
Please note: If you wish to deliver gifts to various recipients at different addresses, you will need to complete the 4 step process and checkout for each separate recipient.
